PORTFOLIO

The Portfolio consists of 29 properties with a total Gross Lettable Area of 109,619.74 square metres located in the Western Cape from Muizenberg to Stellenbosch. Retail properties make up the bulk of the portfolio with industrial second and office the smallest component. National tenants include Pick ‘n Pay, Shoprite/Checkers, McCarthy Motors, Multichoice Africa, Foschini Group, Old Mutual, etc.
